Pegasus launches direct flights between Izmir and Barcelona

Pegasus Airlines introduced a non-stop route between Izmir and Barcelona on 24 October 2025. The service created a direct air link between two Mediterranean coastal cities without requiring a connection in Istanbul.

Flights initially operated on Mondays and Fridays in both directions. A Sunday service was added from 7 December 2025.

Schedule announced for the new route

Departures from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport were scheduled for 10:55 on Mondays and Fridays. Flights from Barcelona left at 14:30 on the same days, changing to 13:30 after the switch to winter time on 27 October.

All times are local. The airline’s announcement confirmed Sunday operations from 7 December but did not give a separate Sunday departure time. Travellers should check the live timetable for their intended date.

Launch fares from €54.99

Pegasus advertised one-way fares from £49.99 or €54.99 when booking opened. The amount paid can vary with demand, the selected fare package and optional services such as baggage or seat selection.

Tickets were made available through the Pegasus website and mobile app, as well as authorised sales channels. As this schedule was published in October 2025, current availability should be confirmed before making travel plans.
